Import & Export in SQL 2005

I want to import and export data in SQL Server 2005, how can I do through in
Microsoft Sql Server Management Studio..
Thanks
Rogers,
In the SSMS Object Explorer window, alt-mouse-click (right-mouse click for
most of us) on a databasename, choose Tasks, then choose either Export Data
... or Import Data ...

|||I have a Standard Version also. The Object Explorer is the window in SSMS
that shows servers to which you are connected and their databases, etc. It
says "Object Explorer" at the top of the window.
If your Management Studio is only showing a query window, hit F8 to cause
the Object Explorer window to open.
