Import from access db to sql express db

How do I import tables from an access db to sql Express?

I did some testing on DEV edition and it works just file
SELECT *
FROM OPENDATASOURCE(
'Microsoft.Jet.OLEDB.4.0',
'Data Source="c:\northwind.mdb";
User ID=Admin;Password='
)...Customers
Take a look at linked servers in the BOL as well
